【For Administrators】: Preparing for the New Academic Year

Q． Can data used in this year's Subjects still be accessed in the new academic year?
The data created in a class can be used for the following year and beyond without modification.
Classes that were held in the previous year can be viewed by year from "Ended subjects" on the class selection screen.
Note data in "My Folder," "Municipality Shared Folder," and " School Shared Folder" in "Material Box" and in "Self-Study" of subjects will remain as they are.

Q．Is it possible to transfer notes from the previous year's classes to the new academic year's classes?
A. Using the Note "Copy" function, class data created prior to the previous year can be transferred to the new year's classes.
Select the "…" in the upper right corner of the note list screen and select "Copy".

Q. How can I collect homework assigned during spring / summer vacation on the first day of the new school year?
A．After creating a new class, have the student copy the Note data from the "Ended subjects" and submit it to you.

Q． Can student still view their LoiLoNote data even after graduating?
A．After graduation, students can still view their data by "graduating" their accounts.
Q．If students are no longer able to access their Google / Microsoft accounts after graduating, how can they log in?
A．They can continue to log in by obtaining a password for 'Log in with LoiLo Note' login option.

Q．Can I use my LoiLoNote data even if I move to another school?
A．Yes. By using the data export function, you can use LoiLoNote data in another school.

If LoiLoNote is not used at the new school
You can use it completely free of charge for the first year.

Q. Do I still have to move my data if I'm transferring within the same school district / municipality?
A. Even if the transfer is within the same municipality, data migration is necessary.
Even if the User ID and email address remain the same, you will no longer be able to view items such as My Folder.
We ask that you export the necessary data during the period you are able to log in to your account at the previous school.

Q. If I'm leaving my school, how long will I be able to log in to the previous school?
A. You can log in until your account at the previous school is deleted.
Please check with the school administrator of your former school to confirm when your account will be deleted.

Q. Is there anything I need to do to prepare for the new academic year?
A. Yes. Administrators must perform the End of the Year Account Processing.

A. We hold online training sessions for End of the Year Account Processing.

Q. How can I renew my LoiLoNote contract?
A. First, please inform us of the number of users for the new academic year. We will then send you a quote.
